Great for busy nights when you need comfort food!

As I’ve mentioned before, I like recipes where you don’t have to measure ingredients. You just dump everything together, and voila….dinner!
This is just that kind of recipe. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
One block of cream cheese
1/2 stick to full stick of butter
Half and half or heavy cream (about 1 cup)
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Garlic to taste
Fettucine noodles (one small box)
Directions: Melt together in a saucepan the cream cheese, butter, cream, parmesan cheese, and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic).
In a separate pot, boil water and cook the fettucine noodles per the instructions on the box. Drain.
You can either pour the alfredo sauce over the noodles, back in the pan, or just serve the sauce over the noodles on plates. You can also cook broccoli and/or chicken separately and serve with your alfredo. I like to make double the sauce if that’s the case.
Serve hot with extra parmesan cheese.
